NY State PTA, The National Road Safety Foundation Sponsor Poster Contest To Combat Distracted Walking

The New York State PTA and The National Road Safety Foundation are partnering to make young people throughout the state aware of the dangers of walking while distracted by sponsoring the first Defeet Distractions New York poster contest.
