Brewgooder to give Ghana clean water thanks to Tesco deal

Scottish beer brand Brewgooder has secured its biggest retail listing to date, which it said will “significantly advance” its mission to bring clean water access to one million people. The new agreement with Tesco will see the social enterprise supplying single bottles of its Clean Water Lager to 481 of the retailer’s stores across the UK, adding to its existing supermarket listings in Asda and Co-op stores. The Walmart Foundation today announced that it is making $1.5 million USD ($1.89 million CAD) available to fund proposals from eligible non-profit organizations working to reduce food waste in Canada.
