Shoppers can bag compostable carriers at Co-op as retailer ditches single-use plastic

More than 1,000 Co-op food stores are at the forefront of the retailer’s moves to ditch single-use plastics, with the roll-out of new compostable carriers from last week. Barnardo’s Claim Children must be educated about hate crime

During Anti-Bullying week, Barnardo’s is calling for an end to homophobic, bi-phobic and transphobic bullying and highlighting the need to educate all children and adults about hate crime.
