Glasgow Caledonian University to become European hub for youth volunteering

More than 5000 young people are to be matched with volunteering opportunities across Europe as part of a major study led by Glasgow Caledonian University. VOLPOWER will encourage thousands of volunteers, aged between 18 and 27, to sign up for sport, cultural or artistic activities across seven countries. Barnardo’s calls for LGBT relationships to be included in lessons in all schools

The UK’s largest national children’s charity is urging the Government to listen to feedback from its relationship and sex education consultation as the charity celebrates LGBT History Month.
