Aberdeen charity ACVO (Aberdeen Council of Voluntary Organisations) has launched two new toolkits For European Communities and Health and Social Care practitioners wishing to engage with Ethnic Minorities with dementia in Aberdeen.
The new toolkits are being released by ACVO following the completion of the European Communities Dementia Support Project funded by the Life Changes Trust 2018-19
Practitioners Toolkit
This toolkit will provide practical checklists for those supporting people across Aberdeen from all sectors.

This toolkit has been designed to help communities access support for families, carers, and friends supporting someone with a dementia diagnosis.
