America’s Charities’ Partner Pinkaloo Launches Charitable Giving Pilot, “Give for Good,” with Leading Financial Institution as Part of MassChallenge FinTech Program

Pinkaloo, a personal charitable giving management software that helps companies build stronger relationships with their customers and employees through philanthropy, is pleased to announce it has launched a charitable giving pilot, “Give for Good,” with Eastern Bank during the inaugural MassChallenge FinTech (MCFT) program.

MassChallenge is a global network of zero-equity startup accelerators. Pinkaloo was selected as one of 21 enterprise-ready FinTech startups to participate in the inaugural cohort of MassChallenge FinTech and work with leading financial institutions around ideas and challenges in financial services.

During the six month MCFT program, Pinkaloo worked with Eastern Bank, America’s oldest and largest mutual bank and a MCFT Challenge Partner, to launch a pilot of its customer-facing Give for Good platform. The Give for Good platform allows customers to centrally manage their charitable giving directly within their existing Eastern Bank Mobile and Online Banking experience.

Ashley Nagle Eknaian, Chief Digital Strategist and Head of Eastern Labs at Eastern Bank, stated, “Accessing new innovative start-ups through our partnership with MCFT helps us test out new digital products with our customers and provide them with a best in class digital experience . Gideon and the Pinkaloo team have been wonderful to work with during the MCFT program, and we’re excited to be piloting our new Give for Good platform with them.”

Pinkaloo joined the first class of MCFT to accelerate its financial institution partnership program after coming off an incredible 2018, when it helped corporate partners build more engaging workplace giving programs, registered over 10,000 individual donors on its platform, and processed over $350,000 in charitable giving.

“Our experience with MCFT allowed us to connect with incredible organizations and gain access to the FinTech Sandbox and other valuable resources. The best prize coming out of the program are the relationships we have built with our customers as a result of this program,” said Gideon Taub, CEO and Founder of Pinkaloo.

Coming out of the inaugural MCFT program, Pinkaloo already has 8 additional partnerships and is focused on continuing to build innovative philanthropic solutions that connect companies and customers like never before.
