The Charity Retail Association have launched a new online mentoring platform for their members. The platform is aimed at charity retailers and available to all their charity members.
The mentoring platform is a matching process that enables members to build an effective mentoring relationship, whereby they can either explore areas of their professional life they wish to develop, or give back by offering their own expertise.
The CRA Charity Members can act as either mentors and mentees, with Corporate Members also supplying guidance as mentors. Registration is open now via https://charityretail.onpld.com.
Robin Osterley, Chief Executive of the Charity Retail Association, said: “Sharing knowledge and expertise has always been a highly regarded characteristic of our membership.
“For the sector to progress it is crucial that skills and experience are always improving, and this platform aims to help this happen.”
