Ethical bank Triodos has launched a new look website in the UK. The site was designed following customer feedback and is designed to be a great user friendly experience. As well as a UK site, new sites have recently gone live in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain and the Triodos Investment Management business.
Triodos Bank customers are front and centre – and the new sites share their stories and show how they can build an honest, social and green world together with them.
In an email to all customers, Zoe Sear, Head of Marketing & Communications says:
All of the changes in the new site are designed to make it much clearer and simpler for our customers to find the information they are looking for quickly and easily, whether using a computer or a mobile device. This new website is just the beginning – there’s a lot more we are planning to do to keep refining and improving it, including developing Internet Banking and our mobile app.”
In addition to practical information on savings, investments and business loans, Triodos’ mission and their customers’ motivation for sustainable banking also feature strongly. The website shares their stories and show how the bank, together with them, prove that sustainable banking is possible.
