Freshwater Chief Executive joins PRCA Board of Management

Angharad Neagle, Chief Executive, Freshwater, has been appointed to the Board of Management of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA).

Angharad leads Freshwater’s diverse and talented team. She joined Freshwater in February 2008, and has worked in communications for more than 20 years. During this time, she has built a track record of developing communications strategies that build reputations, change attitudes, shift behaviour and drive sales.

Neagle said: “The communications industry is constantly evolving – and that’s what makes it both challenging and exciting. Despite all of the changes, the one thing that remains constant is the need for the industry to meet the highest standards in everything it does, and I’m looking forward to being part of a strong board that helps to set and uphold these principles of best practice.”

Francis Ingham MPRCA, Director General, PRCA, said: “Angharad joining our Board is great news both for the PRCA, and for the UK and Welsh PR industry. I know the passion that she feels for the future of PR, and her contribution as one of the new generation of dynamic PR leaders will be invaluable as we drive our industry forward. I look forward to the next PRCA Board meeting in Cardiff!”
