PRCA Training to launch new Diploma in Change Management and Communication

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has partnered with PR Academy to launch a brand-new Diploma, focussed on Change Management and Communication.

The PRCA Diploma in Change Management and Communication positions internal communication as a critical success component for major change programmes. It includes a thorough exploration of change frameworks and their impact. It also explains the leading project management models, providing delegates with an understanding of the main approaches taken by large organisations.

To celebrate the launch of the Diploma, PRCA Training is offering a 15% early-bird discount to all those who book before midnight on Wednesday, 29th May, 2019. Simply register on site before 23:59, 29th May, to redeem the discount.

Kevin Ruck, Co-founder, PR Academy, said: “Our approach is all about applied learning – understanding the latest thinking, concepts, and models and, most importantly, how to apply them in practice. Studying online is super flexible and we put a lot of effort into supporting practitioners who are learning with us. You aren’t left on your own with lots of materials to wade through!

“Change is such a constant in organisations now that most communication managers will, at some time, find themselves supporting a change programme. That’s why we think an understanding of change is so important and will help practitioners to add even more value to the projects that they support.”

Francis Ingham MPRCA, Director General, PRCA, said: “I am pleased to announce our new Diploma in Change Management and Communication, the latest in our ever-expanding portfolio of PR training and qualification offerings. Change is a certainty for all, so the more we can do to equip PR and communications practitioners with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to tackle it head on, the better.”
