Compassion in World Farming is inviting entries to its 2020 Sustainable Food and Farming Award established to recognise producers and businesses that are taking steps to produce meat, dairy and eggs in ways that protect, improve and restore wildlife and the environment. Compassion is seeking projects that involve livestock production and that demonstrate a positive impact on one or more of the following: wildlife, wildlife habitats, soil, conservation, forests, climate change, water quality, reducing use of chemicals and pesticides, reducing reliance on imported animal feeds.
