More than 100 agencies joined forces for last Friday’s nationwide careers open day, Advertising Unlocked. Ad industry secures funding for new Apprenticeship Standard

The Standard was developed by a trailblazing group of industry employers. It is the first apprenticeship scheme of its kind to be specifically designed by the industry for the industry that can be funded by agencies through their Apprenticeship Levy and incorporated into their new starter programmes. Agencies were briefed on how they can adopt this Standard into their recruitment and retention strategies at an IPA event.
