C&A has announced it is donating 240,000 protective face masks to several hospitals across Europe to help stem the spread of the coronavirus and prevention of COVID-19. According to the World Health Organization, face masks are advisable for medical professionals or members of the general public who are taking care of persons with a suspected COVID-19 infection or if they themselves are coughing or sneezing.
