Rejected Kellogg’s Rice Krispies and Kellogg’s Coco Pops become the latest ‘upcycled’ alcoholic tipple.

Kellogg’s has teamed up with Salford brewery, Seven Bro7hers, to turn its ‘less-than-perfect’ Rice Krispies and Coco Pops into beer. Following the success of the ‘Throw Away IPA’ – made from surplus Kellogg’s Corn Flakes – the brewers have created a coco-based ‘Sling it out Stout’ and a snap, crackle and pop ‘Cast off Pale Ale’. Kellogg UK Launch New Campaign To Make Breakfasts Healthier

Kellogg UK announces the launch of its Better Starts Plan which, by the end of 2018, will overhaul its breakfast cereals to help people in Britain make healthier choices in the morning. Kellogg will reduce sugar across three of its best-selling kids’ cereals. Sugar in Kellogg’s Coco Pops cereal, one of the best-selling cereals in the UK, will come down by 40 per cent (from 30 grams per 100g to 17 grams).
