Deutsche Bank has announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Development Guarantee Group (“DGG”). Under the agreement, Deutsche Bank will act as an Origination Partner for the Green Guarantee Company (“GGC”), which will be managed by DGG. Deutsche Bank alongside the Green Climate Fund (GCF) has executed an agreement which commits the GCF to contribute USD 80 million as the seed and anchor investor to a renewable energy investment program.
