Members of the Scottish Women’s Institutes (SWI) have knitted Hogmanay kilts for Kevin the Carrot to help raise funds for ALDI’s charity partner, Teenage Cancer Trust. The nation’s sweetheart and star of ALDI’s Christmas campaign has been ‘kilted’ out in made-to-measure Scottish attire courtesy of SWI members from across the country, including groups in Kinross, Dumfriesshire, Berwickshire, Perthshire, Stirlingshire and Ayrshire. Rodents Escape The Rat Race This Hallowe’en With Knitted Hammocks

Following a successful partnership earlier this year between the Scottish Women’s Institutes (SWI) and the Scottish SPCA where SWI members knitted colourful dog jackets to make dark dogs more appealing to rehomers, the two leading Scottish charities are working together again.
