EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--It’s 2018 and women are still paid, on average, 20 percent less than men for the same job, and for some women the gender wage gap is even worse. This Equal Pay Day, LUNA® Bar, the first nutrition bar for women, is continuing its fight by teaming up with Journalist Catt Sadler, who recently stood up for equal pay after personally experiencing gender pay disparity, and furthering its commitment to the American Association of University Women (AAUW). The money raised will help fund salary negotiation resources for women.
