Dementia Carers’ Rights: Hospital Admissions and Discharge - self-study module
Learning outcomes
Participants will gain an understanding of, and have the opportunity to discuss:
• The rights of carers during hospital admissions and stays.
• The rights of carers during the discharge planning process.
This self-study training is free.
Once you have signed up, the Dementia Training Team are notified via email. Upon receiving this they will set up an account for you on the learning platform, Moodle. You can expect an email with general instructions, including your username and password, to arrive in the following days. You will have access to course contents for two months from your starting date.
Please note: Sign-ups are only processed between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. You only need to sign up once and should not be concerned if you don't receive your instructions right away. If you have not received your email in over a week, please contact the team using the email below.
