You're facing a major creative challenge at work. What's the first step to overcoming it?
...And if asking someone else for feedback isn't possible, 'rubber duck' it. Rubber ducking comes from the software development world. It's technique that involves explaining your solution to an inanimate object (often a rubber duck sat on your desk, hence the term). Obviously the rubber duck won't provide feedback to improve your solution, but explain it often helps you to spot errors or opportunities for improvement.

You're facing a major creative challenge at work. What's the first step to overcoming it?
If you don't understand the problem well, you won't be able to solve it well. Start by writing a definition of the problem. Writing it down, and getting it out of your head, is often the step that helps your step past your creative block. Or, if you prefer, explain the problem to someone else. In explaining it you will get to the insight that unlocks the solution. If those two don't work, then take a break and then come back to what you've written, or to the conversation.

How do you design engaging and interactive learning content for UC and social media?
With UC and Social Media it is particularly important to understand the context of your users. What sort of device are the using? What environment are they in - can they listen to audio, or only real subtitles. These factors will vary by user and for specific users that will vary by time of day or day of week.
