Much-higher demand and sustained financial challenges are leading half (50%) of charities to say they are at full capacity and cannot help anyone else. Bloomberg Philanthropies has announced that non-profit cultural organizations in the U.S. and U.K. can apply to join the expanded Digital Accelerator Program.
