The firm advised IFC on all aspects of its first-of-a-kind investment in PT Bank BTPN Tbk’s $500m issuance of five-year green and social bonds. Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Carlton Power on the establishment of a joint venture with Schroders Greencoat for the development of a portfolio of green hydrogen projects in the UK.
