Kellogg Company is proud to announce the launch of its ninth annual Diversity & Inclusion Report titled, Features. The report provides a global overview of the company’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts and accomplishments. These efforts help Kellogg maintain a competitive business advantage, encourage collaboration, enhance the organization and create a supportive and welcoming work environment – essential to helping Kellogg maintain a vibrant culture of inclusion, consistent with its core K Values.
