Harmony Energy Income Trust Brings Europe’s Largest Battery Energy Storage System Online

Europe’s biggest battery energy storage system (by MWh) located in East Yorkshire has been successfully energised. Developed by Harmony Energy Limited and employing a Tesla 2-hour Megapack system, the Pillswood project, near Hull, has the capacity to store up to 196 MWh (megawatt hours) of electricity in a single cycle. This is enough electricity to power around 300,000 UK homes for two hours. New initiative launches to accelerate clean generator alternatives

A new initiative, aimed at creating viable alternatives to the use of fossil fuelled generators across developing countries, launched today at COP27.
