The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) has adopted a resolution proclaiming the 26th January as the International Day of Clean Energy, the anniversary day of the founding of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) in 2009. $70bn in cross-border philanthropic giving took place in 2020, global tracker shows

$70 billion in cross-border philanthropic giving took place at the height of COVID-19 global health crisis according to new data from the Global Philanthropy Tracker. The Global Philanthropy Tracker from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy measures cross-border donations from individuals and organisations around the world. It shows that the 47 countries included in the latest GPT contributed USD 70 billion in philanthropic giving in 2020 (the latest year for which data is available for most of the countries). Morrisons partners with NHS to put vital cancer awareness messaging on underwear labels

Morrisons and the NHS are working together to put advice on underwear labels urging people to contact their GP practice if they spot potential symptoms of breast or testicular cancer.
