Airbus has announced a new partnership with aircraft lessor, Avolon, to study the potential of hydrogen-powered aircraft, marking the very first collaboration of the ZEROe Project with an operating lessor.  Announced at the Farnborough Airshow, Airbus and Avolon will investigate how future hydrogen-powered aircraft could be financed and commercialised, and how they might be supported by the leasing business model. A new charity initiative launched in West London recently to donate more than 400,000 surplus essential goods to 40,000 families in need across the capital over the next 12 months. EPA announces historic funding in a significant step to reduce emissions and bolster state economies

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)  announced the awards of the first-of-its-kind Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG).
