The National Wealth Fund and Lloyds Banking Group have today announced a new commitment to unlock up to £500 million of financing to support the retrofit and decarbonisation of university estates across the UK. On the 28 of May, the European Commission published its first report on the progress made towards reaching the Union-wide target of 50 million tonnes of annual CO2 injection capacity by 2030.
