IPA announces CPD Gold judging panel

This year’s CPD Gold submissions will be reviewed by a panel of learning and development experts, chaired by Fitbit at Google Director of EMEA Marketing, Joanne Savage.

Now in its 15th year, IPA CPD Gold Accreditation recognises and rewards excellence in continuous professional development, celebrating agencies who demonstrate an embedded, effective, and innovative culture of people development; bettering the professionalism, and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.

The judging panel will evaluate submissions not only on how successfully they demonstrate their outstanding programmes of learning and development, but on how they prove the effectiveness of those programmes. CPD Gold submissions are invaluable for proving that building a knowledgeable, healthy, and inclusive workforce is a business imperative, not an optional extra to be left to HR. The results of this year’s CPD Gold Accreditation will be announced in April.

Agencies that earn CPD Gold Accreditation four times in a five-year period will be rewarded with CPD Platinum Accreditation, in recognition of their outstanding and prolonged commitment to continuous professional development.
