In an announcement made to the Search Intelligence Ltd team in November, CEO and owner of the company, Fery Kaszoni announced that he would be paying £250 towards every employee’s utility bills, every month for the next three months.
Fery Kaszoni is the CEO of Search Intelligence Ltd, a Digital PR agency with headquarters based in Witney, Oxfordshire that has grown to fifty employees from 15 in the last year alone. Kaszoni commented on the decision:
“Our team helped us create a unique service that attracted some of the biggest brands in the world to work with us. As the leader of a team of 50 people, I truly feel responsible for their well-being and happiness, and I feel responsible to give as much as possible to our employees, who are extremely dedicated and talented at their work.
“The foundation of our company has been built on love, respect, and always being kind – and this gesture of paying the energy bills of our members helps us reinforce the fact that we’ll stay true to our core values and put our employees first.”
The company offers a four-day work week, paid gym memberships and a starting salary of £15 per hour for all full-time employees.
