CarTakeBack’s initiative, which enables the public to donate the value from old cars direct to charity, has hit a major milestone… Raising over £1,000,000 for good causes!
CarTakeBack state: “We are so proud of our Charity Car scheme, and all its wonderful supporters who have donated their old cars over the years, generating this huge total. Neither Covid nor the cost of living crisis has seen your generosity waiver, and it is amazing to see people still donating their cars to good causes from huge international charities such as Oxfam, to small local causes like Teckles Animal Sanctuaries.

“We are thrilled to have reached this incredible milestone from the generosity of the public’s old car donations. The whole Charity Car team loves to see these donations passed on to the wonderful charities we work with and hear about the vital work that’s funded… From essential care at local animal sanctuaries to crisis support in war zones. It’s amazing that your old wheels have now funded good causes to the tune of £1,000,000 and we are excited about looking after your next car donations and supporting more charities close to your heart.”
