Kellogg Releases Features 2021 ED&I Annual Report

Kellogg Company has announced the launch of Features 2021, its annual equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) report. The 12th edition of the report highlights the outcomes of its ED&I initiatives in the workplace, marketplace, and community.

ED&I is a top priority in every region and country in which Kellogg operates and is a core component of the company’s Better Days ESG strategy, which aims to create better days for three billion people by 2030.

The report showcases stories from around the world in which Kellogg and its employees demonstrate a passion for creating a culture of belonging where everyone has a place at the table. These include a mom-to-mom coaching program in Latin America that has improved the work-life balance of female talent; the global expansion of Kellogg’s supplier diversity program; and how an employee resource group drove the development and release of a special edition of Pop-Tarts inspired by a cherished Latino tradition.

“In 2021, Kellogg included the concept of Equity to our Diversity and Inclusion strategy,” said Priscilla Koranteng, Vice President, Global Talent and Chief Diversity Officer. “Our goal is to remove the tangible and intangible barriers to ensure our company’s practices in the workplace, marketplace, and communities are fair and consistent—for everyone. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made in achieving that around the world.”

Kellogg is proud that it continues to be recognized for its ED&I efforts. The company was named a Diversity Inc. Top 50 Company for Diversity—the tenth consecutive year that Kellogg has received this recognition; it also received a perfect score of 100 percent from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC), designating it a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ+ Equity for the 12th year in a row. It was also recognized as a Forbes World’s Top Female Friendly Company and a Military Time Best for Vets Employer, among other global recognitions.
