Loqbox, the financial wellbeing platform helping people build a happier, healthier relationship with money, is proud to announce a grant in support of Citizens Advice, a charity that provides free, independent, and confidential advice to anyone who needs it.
Citizens Advice supports millions of people every year with a broad range of problems, including financial struggles like debt, household bills and living costs. With Loqbox’s support, the charity will deliver a new social media campaign that aims to help people improve their financial literacy, understanding of credit, and open up conversations to demystify money.
It’s not just about pounds and pence. It’s about confidence, control, and mental wellbeing. That’s where Loqbox comes in. Their mission is simple: to give everyone access to a richer life. By supporting Citizens Advice, Loqbox aims to better understand the financial struggles people face – and use shared insight to reduce them.
“We’re not just solving individual problems – we’re tackling the root causes,” said Dani Palmer, Chief Marketing Officer at Loqbox. “Citizens Advice is a trusted, mission-driven force in communities across the UK. Together, we’ll share research and learning that helps people feel more confident, capable and supported in their relationship with money.”
This collaboration will focus on two key areas:
- Insight sharing: Sharing information, insights and resources to better understand the emotional and behavioural barriers to financial wellbeing.
- Awareness: Raising public understanding of available support options before problems spiral, especially for financially vulnerable groups.
“This support will allow us to deepen our understanding of the financial difficulties people experience and explore new ways to respond to them,” said Louise Kelly, Interim Head of Fundraising at Citizens Advice.
