Liverpool-based housewares brand, Mason Cash, has recently partnered with Freshfields, a local animal shelter, as one of its charity partners for 2024.
Part of the Rayware collection of iconic household names, Mason Cash is world renowned for its kitchen ceramic items, but also proudly manufactures a range of pet products, including food and water bowls for dogs, cats and other small animals.
The new partnership will see Mason Cash donate bowls and placemats for every living space at the rescue and rehoming centre, brightening mealtimes for their rescued animals. The centre can accommodate up to 28 dogs, 40 cats and 30 rabbits, guinea pigs or ferrets. Alongside this, the company will also provide pet bowls and mats for the centre’s adoption packs, which are given to those who adopt a Freshfields animal and includes everything they need to help their pet settle into their forever home.
Last year alone, Freshfields successfully rehomed over 400 animals, placing them with families and individuals where they can be safe, happy and healthy. Not only does the charity make a huge difference to the lives of abandoned or abused domestic animals, it also supports vulnerable farm animals such as horses, pigs and geese, as they seek to preserve our natural habitats through conservation programmes which rehabilitate and release injured wild birds and hedgehogs.

We noticed there was a gap to offer support with our petware range, so after some research, we approached Freshfields in the hopes they’d like to partner with us.
