Patrick Graham announced as Non-Executive Director for Big Issue Changing Lives CIC

Patrick Graham has been appointed as a Non- Executive Director for Big Issue Changing Lives.

Graham has been in recruitment for over 25 years, working with large national recruitment firms, as well as helping to build value driven start-up recruitment businesses.

Now Co-Founder and Director of DiSRUPT Agency, a mix of 2 B-Corp certified businesses, which are focused on helping organisations to attract and retain the best talent, as well as being able to create truly inclusive company cultures.

Graham will offer his expertise gained in the field of recruitment by focusing on Big Issue Recruit, the person centric recruitment service, which supports people who face barriers to work into sustainable employment.

He said: “I am thrilled to be invited to join the team at Big Issue Changing Lives CIC and believe the potential for this project is huge. I am hoping that I can support the team in the great work they are already doing, as well as bringing some new ideas and direction to help us achieve something really special next year and beyond”.
