Renowned celebrity stylist’s book to raise funds for The Prince’s Trust

David Thomas, often considered one of the pioneers of celebrity styling, has released his first book Vanity Project, with 10% of the cover price being donated to The Prince’s Trust.

Back in the 1980s, David Thomas was an unemployed plumber who dreamt of becoming a fashion stylist. Through receiving a grant from The Prince’s Trust, David was able to get a start in the world of fashion and since then has worked with everyone from Bananarama and Boy George to 21st century icons like Britney Spears, John Legend and Lionel Richie.

Vanity Project examines the relationship between the worlds of fashion and celebrity and, above all, tell the story of how, with the right kind of help, one boy’s dream came true.

With a foreward from HRH The Prince of Wales, introduction from Lionel Richie and an afterword by John Legend, Vanity Project examines the relationship between the worlds of fashion and celebrity and, above all, tell the story of how, with the right kind of help, one boy’s dream came true.

Vanity Project is available on Amazon and at good bookstores – 10% of the cover price of this book will be donated to The Prince’s Trust to support more young people to realise their dreams.
