She Says Launches #51days51ways Campaign to Showcase Equality Issues

SheSays, an award-winning global network organization focused on the engagement, education and advancement of women in the creative industries, has launched a new campaign called #51days51ways.

According to a report from the Guardian, from Friday November 10th every woman in the UK will work for free until the end of year due to the current pay gap.

That’s 51 days! All of those at She Says want it to be zero ASAP.

She Says presents #51days51ways on how to close the gender pay gap. They encourage people to use the hashtag to create awareness of the campaign.

SheSays state: “To both highlight and encourage change we are posting on our social platforms every day for the 51 days, 51 ways suggested by advertising leaders such as Cindy Gallop and She Says founder and CCO of Mr. President Laura Jordan Bambach. Together we can close the gender pay gap. ”

Founder and CCO of Mr. President Laura Jordan Bambach adds: “Know your value and build your profile. Don’t just demonstrate your capabilities, make sure people know about them too. Your discussions on pay will have greater imapct.”
