The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has announced the Innovative Finance Facility for Climate in Asia and the Pacific (IF-CAP), a landmark program which could significantly ramp up support for the region in the battle against climate change. UNICEF and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) renewed their commitment to fighting poverty and promoting the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Asia and the Pacific, in a memorandum of understanding signed in Bali, Indonesia today.
