A new £2.5million National Lottery-funded programme to support communities across the UK take action on climate change has opened for applications, ahead of the 26th UN Climate Change Conference (COP26), in Glasgow this November. Building on interest and excitement for COP26, the ‘Together for Our Planet’ funding programme is being launched by The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest funder of community activity in the UK.
