ACLU, EFF Seek to Protect the Public’s Right to Access Judicial Records

The American Civil Liberties Union and the Electronic Frontier Foundation have filed a friend-of-the-court brief in support of an appeal filed by the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.
