ILO submits dossier related to the right to strike dispute to the International Court of Justice

On 14 December 2023, the International Labour Office submitted to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) a collection of 342 documents in five volumes (dossier), as required under article 65(2) of the  Court’s Statute. This follows the decision of the ILO Governing Body to refer a dispute over the right to strike to the International Court of Justice in the Hague.
