Stonewall and The Rainbow Project launch workplace partnership

Two leading LGBT charities – The Rainbow Project and Stonewall – are joining forces to support LGBT-inclusive employers in Northern Ireland. The partnership, announced on the 26th October, builds on an employers’ programme established five years ago by The Rainbow Project. New research from Virgin Holidays reveals the uncomfortable disparity between the experiences of LGBT+ and straight couples on holiday – with many LGBT+ holiday-makers opting to ‘go back into the closet’ whilst abroad.
