UNESCO and Prada Group extend their SEA BEYOND educational program to 56 countries

UNESCO and Prada Group have announced the 3rd edition of their SEA BEYOND educational program dedicated to the dissemination of ocean literacy and ocean preservation. More than 34,000 students in 56 countries will benefit from this training this year. UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (UNESCO-IOC) and the Prada Group, are pleased to provide an update on SEA BEYOND, the educational programme launched in 2019 and dedicated to the preservation of the sea. The initiative focuses on three main pillars: an international educational module for secondary school students; the “Kindergarten of the Lagoon” project in Venice; and the training activities on ocean literacy for Prada Group’s 13,000+ employees. 1.
