The RSS Statisticians for Society initiative, which links volunteer statisticians to charities will, for a short time, be able to assist more charities who need help gathering evidence for grants and fundraising, implementing new services and understanding the effect of Covid-19 on their communities. The National Lottery, which backs the initiative, has given us permission to temporarily increase the income criterion for Statisticians for Society from £500k to £1 million.
