300 Million Trees Planted By 49 Thousand Farmers In Sustainable Agroforestry Systems

49,000 farmers have restored their degraded farmland through an agroforestry technique called the Forest Garden Approach. With training from regenerative agriculture nonprofit Trees for the Future (TREES), farmers have planted a combined 300 million trees on their land.  “This land before was unproductive, but now you can see it is very productive. I’ve planted a big Forest Garden.
