The Republic of Korea will host World Environment Day 2025 with a focus on ending plastic pollution globally, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the Republic of Korea announced today. Together with the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), the Ellen MacArthur Foundation have published the second annual New Plastics Economy Global Commitment Progress report, including detailed data on the progress of individual business and government signatories.
