Hey Girls launches ‘UNsanitary’ product range to raise Period Poverty awareness

Social enterprise Hey Girls, adam&eveDDB and The Big Issue have come together to launch a national campaign to raise awareness of the shocking extent of period poverty in the UK. The campaign centres around a new brand called ‘UNsanitary’, so named as 1 in 10 girls and young women are regularly forced to use unsanitary items in place of real sanitary products, because they cannot afford it.
