Sakura Sake Shop, one of Japan’s leading sake retailers, and Zevero, a global carbon management platform, have announced the launch of 作 for 2126 (ZAKU for 2126), a low-carbon sake 18 months in the making that reduces emissions by 30% per bottle. Carbon management platform Zevero has secured $7 million in new investment, bringing its total funding to $14 million to date.
