The Global Diversity Council Announces 2021 Mexico City Women in Leadership Symposium

The Global Diversity Council announces its sixth annual Mexico City Women in Leadership Symposium during Women’s History Month. The virtual event will take place via Zoom in Spanish on Tuesday, March 9 from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. CST.

Sponsored by Toyota, the event will focus on the theme, “Hacia Adelante y Hacia Arriba: la Era de la Mujer Empoderada.” The event will be moderated by Pilar Ortiz, International Speaker, Author and Coach. The list of speakers include Maribel Dos Santos Fernandez, Director General & Senior Vice President of Oracle México; Lourdes Muñoz,Vice President of Nutrition of Nestlé México; and Raquel Macias, Head Global Corporate Affairs & CSR of SAP México.

“Women are making strides in and outside of the workplace,” said Angeles Valenciano, the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Diversity Council. “We are entering the era of the empowered woman and it is critical to showcase how women are effectively navigating change, while simultaneously balancing family and work life and continuing to strive for workplace equity.”
