Facebook has announced a landmark partnership with youth charities, Childnet International and The Diana Award, that scales their existing programmes to offer every UK secondary school dedicated digital safety ambassadors: young people trained to provide peer-to-peer support and lead online safety initiatives in the classroom. The Scottish Government has joined with Police Scotland and the Crown Office (COPFS) to launch a new campaign against hate crime. ‘Hate has no home in Scotland’ launches during Hate Crime Awareness Week and will run until 26 November.
