E.ON leads the charge with ‘Fix and Drive’, a new tariff offering 850 free miles reward for EV drivers

A new tariff specifically tailored for drivers of electric vehicles is now available from E.ON, offering people who join a fixed reward of £30 per year equivalent to 850 free miles. ‘E.ON Fix and Drive’ is a two-year fixed price tariff which offers residential customers peace of mind that the unit price of their energy will not increase for the duration of their 24-month contract. New Ceres analysis reveals gap between what investors want and what companies disclose on sustainability

A new analysis of nearly 500 of the largest companies on the Forbes Global 2000 list finds that most companies are using comparable and industry-wide disclosure frameworks for reporting sustainability risks and opportunities.  However, the analysis finds that only a small percentage of companies  disclose the business relevance of these risks and opportunities, and only a handful provide third party assurance on these disclosures. Engender Celebrate the history of the women’s movement in Scotland

Cyrenians provide over 600 free lunches in partnership with Hibernian

Cyrenians – working in partnership with Hibernian and NHS Lothian – has provided over 600 free lunches at their weekly GameChanger events at Easter Road Stadium. The East-of-Scotland based homelessness charity run the lunches every Monday to provide a free nutritious meal whilst bringing people together to combat loneliness and create new friendships as part of the work of the GameChanger partnership.
