2025 was the third hottest year on record

Copernicus data show that 2025 was the third warmest year on record [1], only marginally (0.01°C) cooler than 2023, and 0.13°C cooler than 2024 – the warmest year on record. The past 11 years have been the 11 warmest on record. Global temperatures from the past three years (2023-2025) averaged more than 1.5°C above the pre-industrial level (1850–1900). The top 10 cities for women in marketing this year, according to data study

Research has identified the top cities for women in marketing across England, Scotland, and Wales.  The study by B2B marketplace Sortlist analysed cities with populations over 50,000, examining regional gender pay gaps for roles under the profession, ‘Sales, Marketing and Related Associate Professionals’, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).  These figures were collated with findings from an analysis of Glassdoor, which revealed marketing job availability and average marketing salaries for each location.
